All clients receive unlimited access to Training Peaks website for web based Training Log. Two Levels of Coaching are available:

Advanced Coaching includes Annual Training Plan, Event Specific Training, Baseline Lactate Threshold Heart Rate Testing and Weekly email and telephone contact. Workouts will be structured to utilize Heart Rate zones and Power Training and adapted weekly. Fee per Month is $200.

Basic Coaching includes Annual Training Plan, Event Specific Training, Baseline Lactate Threshold Heart Rate Testing and weekly email contact. Workouts will be structured to utilize Heart Rate zones and Power Training and updated monthly. Fee per month is $150.
